So I wanted to paint this one because it seemed a little less typical than sundown in a pretty countryside and I liked the weird backlighting on the skyscrapers.

Due to whatever meteorological phenomenon, we have had magnificent sunsets in San Diego these past few weeks.
Here, a classic case of not checking the flight status. Ever helpful, I went to the airport to pick up the traveler. I crawled through the clotted traffic, sweating bullets, feeling very late, but actually being an hour early. So hello, art junk in the trunk, hello painting. for sale
